Peace and Diversity Australia (PDA) is putting on a fundraiser on Thursday October 26, to raise funds for the ongoing support of the women’s savings and loans project we have been partnering for several years. We have recently added a health component to the project and the funds raised will be used to support this area.
The fundraiser is a film night and will feature the documentary, All for One, a brilliant documentary film about the first five years of Australia’s first cycling team to enter the Tour de France.
However, as Herald Sun film reviewer, Sam Edmund, who gave the film FIVE stars, said, it is, “Packed with heart, bravery, laughter and tears… much more than a cycling film.” The film was voted BEST documentary at the recent 2017 Melbourne Film Festival and is well worth seeing.
