Peace and Diversity Australia (PDA) is:
- A not-for-profit Incorporated Association formed in 2005.
- Run by volunteers and has minimal administrative costs.
- Funded by the generous donations of friends, family and supporters, fundraising events and some major donors including the Peter Newman Foundation and the Jesuit Community in Melbourne.
- Non-religious but believes that for development to be effective, it must be an integral process that includes the social/political, economic and spiritual.
